Leather Sheaths
Stow with Style
A knife sheath has to be easily accessible and shouldn't be in the way or come loose. We craft all sheaths on-site, which allows us to tailor them to each knife. We use natural cow hide which is glued, sewn, dyed, and greased. The three-layer design protects the seam and ensures a perfect fit.
Types of sheaths
Pouch: Quiver-shaped sheath with belt loop. The knife is inserted up to half its length into the sheath and can be attached to one's belt. Recommended for hiking, mushroom gathering, woodworking, or any activity requiring ready access to your knife.
Snap: Only the blade is inserted into the sheath and secured with a snap button. Popular for pocket knives or lederhosen knives.
Finish
Lined: To protect polished bolsters or engravings from scratches, sheaths can be lined with soft leather or alcantara.
Coated: For a dramatic appearance, sheaths can be coated with exotic leathers like stingray, lizard, shark, ostrich, or crocodile. We use only materials purchased from trusted and transparent sources.
Make your own
We offer leatherworking workshops in which you can make your own sheath, or any leather project you would like to try your hand at. In our knife-making workshops, you have the opportunity to purchase a sheath tailored specifically to your knife.
