For this dagger we combined three different types of Damascus steel. We chose stainless Damascus steel from Sweden's specialist Damasteel. This powder-metallurgical steel type is of high purity and excellent quality. A different Damascus steel type is inserted in the blade and fixed in dovetail technique. This non-stainless steel is handforged in Markus Balbach's workshop in Germany and shows an especially high-contrast pattern. Hand guard and rear bolster are also made of high-end Torsion Damascus steel by Balbach.
The Damascus steel is contrasted by a Jet handle that was fileworked by hand in spiral shape. The alternation of polished and milled surfaces makes this dagger outstandig. Twisted fine gold and silver filaments adorn the handle. This dagger is a unique item.
