This integral knife is made from a single piece of
torsion Damascus with star-shaped patterns. The giraffe bone handle features forty-two diamonds and seventeen sapphires (ten yellow and seven green) elaborately set in a 750 yellow gold inlay. The space between the settings was given a lustre stitch for a more brilliant shine, and the surrounding surfaces were also engraved by hand.
