"Cervus" – named after the Latin term for the genus of red deer – is a tribute to the beauty and grace of this noble game. On the solid bolsters of this fully integral knife, two intricate engravings meet: the roaring stag and the graceful doe, surrounded by classic ornamental details. At the end of the handle, finely etched deer hooves complete the design, a subtle detail that closes the circle of this depiction.
Crafted from Austrian Böhler N690 steel and hardened at 1060°C, the "Cervus" offers exceptional robustness and sharpness. The handle, made from deer antler, completes this piece of masterful craftsmanship, perfectly uniting tradition, nature, and functionality.
