The renowned craft awards Salzburger Handwerkspreis was held for the 28th time, and I am honored to be among the winners again! I was awarded 3rd place for my falconry knives. The jury's main criteria were craftmanship and innovation.

I found participating important because it is a competition across different trades, in which a craftsman can show what he does in his profession and what is technically feasible. All projects submitted convey something special. You see creations that rarely fit into normal day-to-day business. That spurs me on to try something new and daring and to challenge myself again and again. I am happy to see that I was able to submit a worthy project.
